Marco Biasi

A long-time culinary enthusiast, Marco Biasi enrolled in Alma after years of research and study, combining his hands-on experience with fine dining techniques.

Inspired by respect for fresh ingredients and love for his land, Marco offers his interpretation of Italian cuisine at Locanda, always delicious and flavorful, yet lighter and more contemporary.
